Our Process
First we make a visual inspection of the entire well system. This first step is to make sure there are no areas that could be a potential problem down the road like rusted fittings that could leak. Then our inspection staff will check the pressure switch condition, bladder tank, pump, well head location, and well cap to ensure the well meets all required flow requirements and codes.
If problems with your well system are found, you will be given an estimate for repairs needed. This is important, especially if you are purchasing a home because you want to make sure you are not inheriting someone else's problem.
